Tulna said that this makes her want to punch him and break his glasses. Which makes her a pretty bad Jain, I'd say.

Just a shame you have to work in that environment ;-) You are, according to my precepts, allowed to use such force as would stop someone from acting in ways harmful to themselves. So, if you can't sort him out, I'll see what I can do at Christmas.
