Form an orderly queue...

A Girl's Guide to Geek Guys. It doesn't just say "Run away!" - they can work that out for themselves.

I can attest to this. I married a geek and now I'm never short of IT support.

Strangely, you never worked out the "Run away!" bit, Katherine. Perhaps you are not as bright as I thought you were...

Of course I made the sensible move of choosing someone who was a bit geeky and PC literate - would have been married years before but had to wait for the right candidate. Course I got lucky coz she's also a looker ans sexy as hell; every geeks' private little fantasy. Course I forgot that intelligent women are a real handful, so I'd say overall I'm on about 9/10.

I wonder how this works for Tulna and Rakesh - they're both geeks (she in mostly in denial though) and are married. Bet the tech support in their house is excellent.

Excellent brown-nosing, Mark. Saving up those brownie points, are we? (I can recommend flowers - an excellent source of brownie points for almost no effort at all!)

Rakesh isn't a geek. Tulna is, though, *totally*.

Firstly - I AM NOT A GEEK!
Secondly - Rax is a geek, so the IT support in the Chauhan household is 24hrs (when he is in London ;-))
Thirdly - I can second the brown nosing flowers (Hint hint Rax!)

You are just *so* in denial, Tulna. Rakesh is a techie, but he's not a geek. He knows what he's doing, but I don't think he *loves* it the way Mark and I - and you - do.

Good luck saving up the brownie points, guys. Perhaps you can save up enought for an affair with a 21-year-old by the time you are forty?

I hope you aren't *spending* too many brownie points out there in Singapore, Rakesh. ;-)

Sorry Tulna, I have to agree with Simon's analysis:
(a) Rakesh is a techie who downs tools after 5:30.
(b) You're the geek who spends lunchtimes with Jenny working our your strategies for the SIMS games. Then goes home and checks them out. Then chats about the results the next day.

Posted by: Mark Matthews on September 17, 2004 01:28 PM

But then that would make Jenny a geek too would it not?

Posted by: Tulna Not Margo on September 17, 2004 02:20 PM

Why yes it would, but her over-all geek-points arn't in the same league as yours or mine.
