Look, I can appreciate that they have to discourage this kind of thing, but five years? Seems a bit harsh.

She doesn't sound like a wonderful woman, but I think, given the various sentences that have been handed down to abused women who finally broke and offed their other halves, he got off pretty lightly. He didn't, for example, get life for murder.
