Some chap had his finger bitten off by a jaguar after sticking his hand into its cage - and the zoo banned him for life.
Why ban him? I suspect you'll find he's learned his lesson.

I wonder how many other visitors have had their finger bitten off, but without drawing the attention of the zoo authorities. After all, they only found out because the jaguar wasn't hungry enough to eat the finger.
