Seriously, Mark and I do argue a lot, but it's from a position of mutual respect, and it's productive arguing. His technical skills are good, as are his design instincts, and he's a good trainer. He's a real asset to the team, and a bloody nice chap to boot, so he'll be missed.
Just don't tell him I said so. ;-)

I can't be bothered to learn all the specific terminology to be that pedantic about, I don't think Tulna will argue quite as hard, Paul gets the last word by virtue of being El Presidente, and Dan calls everything a banana anyway. The art of technical bickering may well be dying...
It's sad to lose Mark, but I'm sure he'll find his new position no end of fun, as it sounds to be just exactly what he likes to do. All the best of luck to him!
