Python GUI toolkits

Deadly Bloody Serious mentions the current thread, covering the various GUI toolkits available for Python. No mention of the anygui project, I notice.

anygui will be very interesting when ready, I think. For the moment, though, tends to lean towards wxPython. I can see why - look what you can do with it. Also, the forthcoming Boa Constructor uses it.

Boa isn't running over Python 2.2 yet, but when it does, I think that it may replace PythonWin as my Python IDE. For a start, it has PyChecker support built in.
